🚀 Industrial Product Engineer (Contract) – Aviation Sector
Salary: $3,800 – $5,000/month | Location: Singapore
Join a leading aerospace equipment manufacturer as an Industrial Product Engineer and work on cutting-edge aviation technology while making a tangible impact on product performance and quality.
🔹What You’ll Do:
• Provide technical support to production operations and advocate industrial engineering best practices with multi-functional teams.
• Drive product performance, capability, and evolution, including new product introduction and equipment upgrades.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on quality issues, conducting root cause analysis (8D/FTQP) to ensure product excellence.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects (KAIZEN) to optimize processes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product support performance.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product definition files and configurations; stay active in IPT teams.
• Collaborate with Design Authority and IPT to support product performance and competitiveness.
• Provide technical support for product evolution qualification, capability setup, and production requests.
• Advocate and implement engineering best practices to improve work processes and operational efficiency.
🔹Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical support experience (aviation industry experience preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Physically fit
• Professional, customer-focused, and collaborative.
🔹Contract Details & Benefits:
• 1-year contract (conversion to permanent may depend on performance & position availability)
• Annual Leave: 14 days/year
• Medical Claims: Up to $1,500
• Completion Bonus: Negotiable / Pending
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
