Job Title: Software engineer III - Java with (Big Data/Kafka)
Location San Francisco, CA - Hybrid 2-3 Days
Pay rate: $77/hr - 85/hr on w2
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java (Spring Boot / Microservices preferred).
• Strong experience in Python for backend services and scripting.
• Proficient in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
• Solid experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem tools (Hive, HDFS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for data streaming applications.
• Practical experience deploying applications in Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
