Summary:
Near Source is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node/React) to join a global development team supporting enterprise-scale product initiatives. The selected candidate will contribute to core architecture and front-end/backend development while collaborating with engineers and designers across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, test, and maintain high-quality, secure, and stable code for enterprise-grade products
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure architectural soundness and code quality
Develop accurate estimates, assess risks, and identify dependencies for effective planning
Collaborate closely with engineers, QA, and design teams across global engineering sites
Must-Have Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, and client-side development using React and Redux
Solid experience with Node.js and dependency management using NPM
Demonstrated experience building and deploying applications via CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with web-based technologies, architecture, and design patterns
Experience using Git and Git Hub for source control
Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to software architecture principles and scalable design practices
Experience with enterprise-grade UI/UX design collaboration
