Responsibilities
• To maintain enterprise Linux (SUSE Linux) and Windows server environments.
• To ensure system high availability and fault tolerance.
• To perform regular maintenance, including preventive and corrective tasks.
• To execute cybersecurity patches and participate in tech refresh activities.
• To manage network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
• To ensure optimal operation and performance of Nutanix HCI infrastructure, including cluster health monitoring and capacity planning.
• To utilize Splunk for proactive log analysis, monitoring, and alerting to identify and address anomalies before service impact.
• Updated records for configuration, asset, and change management.
• Monitoring Nutanix cluster health and performing corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
• Reports on participation in tech refresh activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Diploma holders will be considered well
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
• Experiences in maintenance in enterprise Linux (SUSE Linux) and Windows server environments.
• Experience in regular maintenance reports, including preventive and corrective tasks
