**Responsibilities**:
- Confirm and supervise the integrity and compliance of documents and records (input/output) in each stage of new product/project design and development, and promote the standardization of new product design and development;
- Participate in crucial nodes of every step, such as design review, design verification, and design confirmation of new products/projects;
- Follow the new products/projects, tracking the progress of solutions to design, material, assembly, debugging, and other issues, and encouraging closed-loop implementation;
- Involving the projects and promoting the standardized transfer to technical data and documentation;
- Provide input and overview to support program implementation from a quality perspective, and attend internal program reviews / status meetings
- New product/project shipment inspection standards, inspection plan formulation and shipment inspection implementation
- On-site follow-up and problem solving of the first machine shipped to customers
• *Requirements**:
- Degree or above in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering
- 4+ years of experience in quality management or equipment, panel or semiconductor wafer industry is preferred
- **Strong knowledge in basic quality methods and tools, such as QC methods, 5Why, 8D, 4M1E, FMEA, etc.**:
- **Experienced with the basic operation mode and promotion ideas of DQA, APQP related in the automotive industry is preferred**:
- **Understand general quality management systems such as ISO90001/14001/18001
