**Introduction**: We’re seeking a results-driven product strategy leader to join our talented Digital Products & Services Practice as a Group Manager. • *Come join us**: This role will spearhead a talented team of developers, business analysts, and product managers and work alongside expert peers in Technology, Advisory, and Creative disciplines. • *What you’ll do**: • *1. Business Growth & Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with leadership to align team’s strategic plans with business objectives, identify and pursue new opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance product capabilities. • *2. Solution Architecture**: Design and implement scalable, sustainable, and industry-standard solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • *3. Industry Awareness**: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and proactively seek opportunities for innovation and improvement. • *4. Delivery Leadership**: Contribute to project success by informing and crafting delivery plans, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning project goals with business objectives. • *5. Stakeholder Communication**: Establish lasting relationships with stakeholders, promote team’s capabilities, and communicate technology strategies and outcomes. • *6. Talent Management & Leadership**: Foster a growth-oriented team culture, assist in recruitment and development of team members, and continuously assess and nurture team’s skills to meet industry demands. • *Skills and experiences**: • *1. Digital Product Strategy**: Over 10 years of experience leading proposal development, envisioning with clients, defining product roadmaps, and delivering successful releases that drive measurable business performance. • *2. Thought Leadership**: Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership and compelling communication skills. • *3. Microsoft Expertise**: Deep familiarity with Microsoft products and platforms, including Power Platform, Power Apps, D365, Co-Pilot, and Azure fundamentals. • *4. Cross-Functional Team Management**: Proven track record in managing cross-functional technology teams to imagine and launch new products to market. • *5. Strategic Planning**: Success in developing, refining, and implementing strategic digital product plans and roadmaps. • *6. Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • *8.
