Join a fast-growing FinTech Unicorn, experiencing remarkable expansion in their Data function! We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Data Engineering Lead to spearhead our Data team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of up to 6 engineers, driving the technical direction of our projects. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the business, tackle exciting greenfield projects, and play a key role in scaling our data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of engineers in developing innovative data solutions.
• Set the vision and technical strategy for data initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and drive projects to completion.
• Work on cutting-edge technologies to enhance our data systems.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with DBT, BigQuery, and Airflow.
• Knowledge of AWS/GCP and Terraform.
• Expertise in data warehousing and ETL processes.
This is a hybrid position with access to our offices located in Central London.
We offer a competitive base salary of £120k-£140k, alongside a bonus up to 15% and stock options.
