Job Description:
• Designing and producing AI-generated training and explainer videos
• Writing or refining scripts using LLMs, with attention to tone, clarity, and instructional goals
• Applying microlearning principles to structure content into short, goal-oriented segments
• Collaborating with policy or training teams to storyboard or sequence content for learning journeys
• Ensuring content aligns with MOE’s learning objectives, tone of voice, and style guide
• Organizing and maintaining a growing content library and production calendar
• Upholding data sensitivity and confidentiality in all content production and handling
• Staying updated with trends in generative AI, instructional design, and video content creation
Requirements
Portfolio Requirement:
• Applicants are encouraged to submit samples of video, writing, or instructional content
• A short statement of interest in AI content creation and training design is recommended
Technical & Creative Skills:
• Familiarity with AI tools for video production
• Ability to script and storyboard content with a clear instructional flow
• Understanding of microlearning concepts and learner-centered design
• Good to have: Experience with LMS tools, Canva, Articulate Rise/Storyline, or learning analytics
Soft Skills & Competencies:
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Clear communicator, collaborative, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and meeting production timelines
• Familiar with data privacy and responsible content practices
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new AI tools and digital format
Work Arrangement
• Working Schedule - Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30om (Up to 3 Days WFO, 2 days WFH)
• Contract Duration – 3 Months (Option to extend to up to 9 months)
• Location: Ghim Moh Road
• Salary per month – Up to $5500/month
