Position Summary Canpro Security Firm is seeking a driven and skilled Growth Manager to lead business development initiatives and expand our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building new business relationships, and securing service agreements with businesses across various industries. This role is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site client visits. Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage new business opportunities in construction, commercial, and residential sectors. • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients. • Conduct outbound outreach and follow-up on leads to generate new business. • Prepare and present customized sales proposals and service agreements. • Meet and exceed assigned sales and growth targets. • Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. • Represent Canpro Security Firm at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required. Qualifications and Skills • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in the security or service industry is an asset). • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. • Comfortable with hybrid work structure and client site visits across Ontario. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
