We are looking for a Group Product Marketing Manager with deep marketing experience and a strong passion for building and scaling products.
In this role, you will lead the product marketing for one of monday’s core products, manage a team of top product marketers to deliver on the company’s objectives and make a meaningful impact on one of the largest industries in the world.
As a Group Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product’s GTM strategy and launches, shape the overarching product story, influence the product roadmap and be a key part of domain-level decision making to drive sustainable product growth.

About The Role
Own the product marketing domain strategy, goals, roadmap and priorities; build clear quarterly and annual marketing plans that align with company and domain objectivesDefine the GTM strategy, buyer segmentation and key differentiators; bring customer insights, market trends, competitive signals and data into marketing decision-making, and act as the voice of the field for customer and market needsOwn the development of the domain’s product narrative, positioning and value drivers; ensuring we have a sharp, compelling and differentiated story and customer promiseLead the product launch strategy and execution, crafting cohesive messaging, high-quality PMM deliverables and strong GTM alignment across channels and teamsDeeply understand customer and field needs and use these insights to influence domain decisions and the product roadmapDevelop PMM talent globally through coaching, mentoring and performance management; building clear prioritization and effective resource allocation across PMM initiativesDevelop frameworks, methodologies and playbooks for the team; own internal knowledge sharing and co-lead the PMM Guild strategy, shaping cross-domain standards and best practicesCollaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders — Sales, Product and Marketing leaders — to foster tight alignment, focus and effective execution across the domain
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy or go-to-market within SaaS or technology companies5+ years of experience managing people, including senior marketersProven experience owning end-to-end product marketing for complex products; from strategy through executionExperience with SLG models at scale; working closely with sales and GTM teamsProven ability to act as the strategic voice of the domain at the executive level– influencing decisions across product, GTM and marketingDeep expertise in defining ICP and segmentation for a product or domainAbility to foster data-driven decision making, leveraging insights and business opportunitiesExperience in ensuring high-quality PMM outputs, including sales collateral, messaging docs, demos, talk tracks and PMM briefsStrong leadership abilities; expertise in cross-functional collaboration working across Product, Sales and Engineering

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $230,000-$275,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
