Develop and implement the Group cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls. Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, and lead incident investigations. Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing; ensure timely remediation. Manage identity and access management, endpoint, network, and cloud security. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and data protection laws. Oversee security architecture for IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms. Lead cybersecurity projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements. Manage vendors, MSSPs, and third-party security compliance. Develop cybersecurity awareness programs and promote a strong security culture. Integrate cybersecurity requirements into disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Provide regular reporting on security posture, incidents, and risks to senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience managing enterprise cybersecurity programs across multiple business units or locations. Strong background in security operations, risk management, incident response, and compliance. Experience with cloud security, network security, endpoint protection, and identity management.
