Your impact Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Graduate Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about data analytics, visualization, and application development using modern tools like Microsoft Power Platform. You will work on transforming raw data into actionable insights and supporting automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights for business decisions. • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools. • Assist in creating automated workflows and applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. • Ensure data accuracy and maintain documentation for processes and solutions. Here's what you'll need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field. (Non-CS graduates with strong analytical and development skills are welcome.) • Good understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar). • Ability to design and develop simple applications or scripts. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. Good-to-Have Skills • Experience with Power BI and data visualization. • Exposure to Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Knowledge of databases and data modeling. • Hands-on experience through academic projects, internships, or personal projects. • Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts.
