As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Enterprise Software customer base across Canada and the United States. Your focus will be on driving growth through strategic engagement with IOUs, Rec, Muni, IPP, and other key accounts. How You’ll Make an Impact
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for your territory.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with established and non-established customers.
• Build strong networks internally and externally to uncover leads.
• Evaluate and qualify prospects to convert them into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing, proposals, and operations teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead RFP, RFI, and budgetary submissions, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Monitor competitor strategies and position Hitachi Energy for success.
Your Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in enterprise software sales.
• Proven success in expanding customer base and winning new accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the electric utility sector and IT/OT convergence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and multi-divisional collaboration.
