Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer (Golang / Java / NodeJS) to join our engineering team.You will be responsible for developing and optimizing backend systems using Golang and building scalable microservices to support high-performance applications.
Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize backend systems using Golang or having experience with Java/Nodejs and willing to Golang.
• Build and maintain microservices with a focus on performance, stability, and scalability.
• Design, implement, and manage databases such as MySQL, Clickhouse, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Integrate and operate message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for large-scale data processing.
• Implement gRPC for inter-service communication.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and deploy applications on cloud environments using Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and Cloud VM.
• Analyze and optimize system performance to ensure high performance, reliability, and uptime.
Required Skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Golang (or solid background in Python/Java/NodeJS/C# with willingness to switch to Golang).
• Deep understanding of OOP, Microservices Architecture, Design Patterns, and System Design.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in building or optimizing large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code (with unit tests).
• Strong logical thinking, fast learning ability, and passion for building great products.
