The company is headquartered in Riyadh with regional and global offices. About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves evaluating customer interactions, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance service quality and agent performance. This position is based onsite in Riyadh. Your Responsibilities • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) against quality standards. • Provide feedback to agents and team leaders. • Identify process gaps and collaborate on improvements. • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure evaluation consistency. • Analyze quality data and report trends and issues. • Assist in onboarding and developing new agents with quality insights. • Maintain documentation of evaluations and feedback. • Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service consistency. Your Expertise • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or similar in a customer service environment. • Analytical with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • High integrity and objectivity. • Team player with a mindset for continuous improvement. • Proficient with Google Workspace tools.
