Global VP Sales Lead the global sales function for a high-growth retail technology firm driving recurring revenue from 1M to 5M. You will take full ownership of the sales strategy, manage high-performing teams across multiple continents and close enterprise deals with the world’s largest retailers to transform the in-store shopping experience globally. The ideal candidate • Proven track record of scaling a B2B tech startup from 1M to at least 5M in recurring revenue specifically within the POS or retail tech sector. • Extensive experience selling software and hardware solutions to major global retailers with a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate fast‑moving startup environments and a willingness to travel and be based in Dubai.
