What you will do
• Define and execute a global sales playbook to scale recurring revenue from 1M to 5M across EMEA, USA, and APAC.
• Lead, mentor and grow a multi‑cultural team of business development experts to exceed annual KPIs and performance targets.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and negotiate complex enterprise contracts for global rollouts.
The ideal candidate
• Proven track record of scaling a B2B tech startup from 1M to at least 5M in recurring revenue specifically within the POS or retail tech sector.
• Extensive experience selling software and hardware solutions to major global retailers with a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate fast‑moving startup environments and a willingness to travel and be based in Dubai.
