Role SummaryThis role owns DeskIn’s global flagship event activations and B2C brand partnerships. You will turn major events, creator gatherings, and lifestyle communities into high-impact growth engines through co-marketing, on-site activations, and consumer-facing collaborations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead partnerships for global flagship events (tech, gaming, creator, lifestyle)Secure B2C partners: hardware brands, peripherals, gaming brands, lifestyle techDesign scalable event collaboration models:
(sponsorships, co-activation, bundles, UGC challenges, trials)Build global pipeline (US creators, JP brands, TW communities, SEA gaming cafés)Own partner lifecycle: outreach → deal → activation → performance reviewWork closely with Events, KOL, and Social teams to maximize reach & conversionRole Requirements4–10 years in B2C partnerships, events activation, or ecosystem growthProven experience activating partnerships at flagship or regional eventsStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsExperience in tech, gaming, or creator industries is a plusComfortable working across global markets
