Gen AI Engineer Introduction: We are seeking a talented GenAI Engineer with expertise in agent orchestration frameworks and workflow-driven AI systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and orchestrating intelligent agents, with a preference for Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) but adaptable to other frameworks as well. This role will involve working on orchestration logic, agent lifecycle management, sub-agent coordination, and campaign-based agent workflows, particularly focused on marketing and intent-driven user experiences. Responsibilities: • Design and implement agent orchestration logic, including agent lifecycle management and inter-agent communication • Build and manage sub-agent coordination and campaign-based agent workflows • Work with Agent Orchestration Frameworks (Google ADK preferred; adaptable experience with other frameworks accepted) • Implement scalable, modular, and reusable agent architectures • Develop GenAI-powered agents for marketing and user engagement workflows • Perform prompt engineering optimized for marketing use cases and conversational flows • Build intent-driven user experiences using LLM-powered agents • Integrate LLMs such as Gemini and Llama 3 via the Tachyon Interface • Design and manage workflow orchestration for multi-step, event-driven agent systems • Integrate with Event Manager (EM) ecosystem for triggering, tracking, and managing workflows • Implement and optimize vector database solutions for semantic search, retrieval, and agent memory Requirements: Required Skills & Experience: • Experience with Agent Orchestration Frameworks (Google ADK strongly preferred) • Strong background in GenAI / LLM-based agent development • Hands-on prompt engineering experience, especially for marketing workflows • LLM integration experience (Gemini, Llama 3, or similar) • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.) • Knowledge of workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures • Familiarity with Event Manager (EM) ecosystem integrations • Strong problem-solving and system design skills
