We are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Architect to design and oversee the architecture of a company-wide CRM system. This pivotal role involves working closely with business leaders and technical teams to ensure the CRM system meets the needs of sales, marketing, customer service, and more.
You will lead the replacement and integration of the current CRM system, manage data migration, and support the rollout of marketing and customer data platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation program within a high-profile organisation.
Define and lead the solution design and architecture for CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and marketing technology systems
Oversee the replacement of the current CRM system and integration with new platforms
Manage and ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems
Collaborate with external implementation partners and internal stakeholders including Sales, Service, Membership, Marketing, and IT teams
Ensure alignment of CRM solutions with the broader Enterprise Architecture strategy and technology roadmap
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and project success
10 Years experience in Solutions Architecture, with a strong focus on CRM
~ Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
~ Experience working alongside external implementation and development partners
~ Strong understanding of CRM data migration and integration best practices
