As part of our continued growth, we’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and build a real-time engine that drives large-scale scientific automation. This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working close to the system, solving complex problems, and shaping high-performance software.
Develop software that operates seamlessly across Cloud & Edge environments.
Partner with platform, data, and product teams to turn complex user needs into stable, production-ready solutions.
Continuously refine your workflow through automation and modern AI-assisted coding tools.
Work in an environment where quality, traceability, and resilience are non-negotiable, supporting automation and analytics in highly regulated settings.
Around 10+ years of professional software engineering experience , ideally in high-throughput or performance-critical systems.
A track record of taking projects from the ground up and scaling them successfully.
Strong programming background in Go , with solid knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
Motivated by building technology with a genuine, human impact.
Comfortable working on-site in London three days per week as part of a collaborative, fast-moving engineering culture.
