• Support IT Infrastructure on Wintel & virtualization infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience in operations of virtual technologies such as VMWare
• Windows Server OS administration and support
• Server administration such as Active Directory, DNS, Databases, IIS security configuration and patching, and Backup/Restore
• Troubleshooting of VMWare, MS Windows technologies, AD, clustering and MS NLB (Network Load Balancing) especially troubleshooting.
• Experience or working knowledge of Disaster Recovery technologies helpful
