LOCATION Central London TYPE Permanent SALARY £30,000 - £45,000 31 August 2018 Login to Bookmark Share job JOB- Job #3171 ARCHITECT AND SENIOR ARCHITECT, RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL IN REVIT, LONDON Quick summary: This fun, young and vibrant studio of 25 in the heart of Oxford Circus are seeking an Architect and Senior Architect with 2-5 years post part III experience working on beautiful minimalist residential, education, student accommodation and commercial projects in Revit. Their work is minimalistic and elegant, keeping up with London’s current trends where they are currently working on 30 live projects across a wide variety of sectors and sizes. It is essential you can work across all riba stages and work directly with clients and take ownership of your own work. This is an opportunity to develop as an architect and build on your own portfolio of London’s most prestigious projects. Job description: • Must have a degree in Architecture and be arb registered • The successful person will report on a day-to-day basis to the Associate and Director of Projects and work closely with outside consultants and clients • Practical understanding of UK building regulations, particularly a combination of design and construction experience in the field is highly preferred • You will be able to deliver design, monitoring the development of the project, bring new technical methods and solutions. • This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK • Ability to produce detailed technical drawings and to use Revit, BIM, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential for this role About the company: • This studio is growing and can offer you the change to work on some truly amazing designs across Residential, Commercial and mixed-use • Amazing employee package with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays • Healthcare and dental • Cycle to work scheme • Great work environment with a very friendly atmosphere to work in Article25 are our registered charity of choice.
