🧠 About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to oversee client engagement, onboarding, and feedback management for our organisation’s products and services.
You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, monitoring the client journey, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction and adoption across our digital ecosystem.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
• Client Enquiry & Requirement Handling: Manage and respond to client enquiries, clarify requirements, and provide accurate information on our products and services.
• Briefing & Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure clients understand our systems, processes, and available services.
• Onboarding Monitoring & Support: Track onboarding progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clients are successfully integrated into our platform.
• Client Journey Monitoring: Monitor and assess client engagement to identify opportunities for process or experience improvement.
• User Satisfaction Surveys: Plan, execute, and analyse client satisfaction surveys to collect actionable insights.
• Client Feedback Management: Collect, review, and respond to client feedback promptly; escalate issues when necessary and work with internal teams to implement improvements.
🎓 Qualifications
• Must be eligible for Singapore MSD CAT 1 security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, SaaS, or cloud-based projects.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and analysis techniques.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
