This is a challenging role that will see you work with our front-end engineering team to develop innovative features for our AI-powered experiences. Your expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, TypeScript, and state management patterns will be crucial in driving the technical strategy for the team.
Responsibilities
• Lead the architectural vision for the Rovo FE team, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-impact web applications at scale.
• Drive the implementation of advanced UI/UX patterns and champion best practices in frontend engineering.
• Mentor and guide engineers across the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Analyze user feedback and data to prioritize improvements and inform product direction.
To be successful in this role, you will require deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred), TypeScript, and state management patterns. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design are also essential.
