Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions, with a primary focus on opportunities to contribute to regional and global projects. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, responsible for building high-quality, scalable applications using Agile and Lean development principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-centric solutions that impact healthcare providers, patients, and communities.
Contract: 12-months to start with (with strong potential for extension and future conversion to permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering squads to develop and maintain full-stack applications.
• Perform architectural reviews and guide API-first, mobile-first system design.
• Apply clean code practices (TDD, BDD, SOLID) and drive DevOps adoption.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-squad teams to define and deliver features.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Optimize performance, manage technical debt, and ensure security standards.
• Engage with stakeholders and support global engineering alignment.
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with 1 year in technical leadership.
• Proficient in one or two languages (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, etc.).
• Strong experience with cloud-native, API-based architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software practices.
• You will look to develop clean code using practices like BDD, TDD, SOLID principles, OO design, pair & mob programming
