Requisition ID: 196708 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **The role**: **Key Job Accountabilities** - Practice agile methodologies (i.e., daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) - Prepare weekly and monthly updates on projects - Remove team impediments that prevent or hinder team capability - Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution - Partner with Project Managers, working closely with them to effectively create, maintain and groom the product backlog - Acquires, customizes, documents, integrates, communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines. - Support contractor onboarding/renewals.
