• *Scope of work**:
Report to the Authority’s Project Manager in-charge of this project
Adhere to quality controls defined in the Quality Management System (QMS) where applicable
Work with other project teams
Ensure that quality service is provided in a timely and effective manner; and
Preparation of documentations and updates.
• *Roles and responsibilities include**:
Involved in the following phases for the project: requirements gathering, system design, development, unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, training, data migration, simulation exercises and subsequent enhancements;
Carry out investigation and correction of defects in the system as reported by the Authority including temporary corrections and bypass of the defects until such time as standard corrections and/or updates of the system are available;
Render advice on the performance tuning for the system
Recover lost data, restore and repair damaged data and correct erroneous data to the extent possible
Restore the system to an operable state where System Downtime is attributable to system defect or error
Assist at all times in resolving matters associated with a security or data breach
Prepare relevant documentation for the project; and work with the Project Team Members closely and complete the tasks assigned according to the datelines given.
• *Requirements**:
Singaporean Citizen
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
2 or more years of working experience as a programmer
Good understanding of the systems development life cycle
Able to work independently and also a good team player
Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with government representatives
Work experience with or within the public sector is an added advantage.

NPM (v6 and above) - Package manager to download libraries/packages
MongoDB (v4 and above) - Document DB
Git (v4 and above) / GitLab - CICD software for development
Visual Studio Code - IDE for development
Selenium - Automated e2e testing
