Full-Stack Engineers

About the position We're looking for Full-Stack Engineers who can help us build and scale LLM-based agentic applications from the ground up. You’ll join our team as one of our earliest hires. You'll work directly with the founders (ex-Google) and own key technical decisions from day one. You’ll ● Build Enterprise-Grade Applications using React and Python on public cloud ● Design End-to-End AI Solutions with founders and clients, translating workflows into intuitive, production-ready products ● Own the Full Stack — from architecting Python backend services to deploying production systems on AWS/Azure/GCP ● Deploy in Real Customer Environments, ensuring performance, security, and observability standards are met ● Move Quickly and Autonomously in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where decisions and contributions have immediate impact Responsibilities • Build Enterprise-Grade Applications using React and Python on public cloud • Design End-to-End AI Solutions with founders and clients, translating workflows into intuitive, production-ready products • Own the Full Stack — from architecting Python backend services to deploying production systems on AWS/Azure/GCP • Deploy in Real Customer Environments, ensuring performance, security, and observability standards are met • Move Quickly and Autonomously in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where decisions and contributions have immediate impact Requirements • 5–10 years of software engineering experience, including strong ownership of production systems • Expertise with Python, Front End (React), Databases, Security, Data Engineering, Logging, Observability, Cloud (preferably multiple clouds) • Comfortable working in ambiguous, 0-1 environments • Strong product intuition and ability to design within systems — even without perfect mocks • Deep user empathy and customer focus — able to build solutions that are not just technically sound, but deeply aligned with real-world needs • Open to being a founding hire, working cross-functionally and client-facing Nice-to-haves • Experience with fintech, enterprise SaaS, or regulated data systems • Experience building AI applications in production • Prior consulting or finance background • Led major technical initiatives or mentored engineers in the past • STEM Degree
