Full Stack Engineer Guildford, England, United Kingdom Software Engineer (Full Stack) | Guildford | £45,000–£55,000 + bonus We're working with an established and growing SaaS business that is continuing to invest in its core engineering teams and technology platform. They're looking to add a Full Stack Software Engineer to a product-focused team working on scalable, business‑critical software used at scale across the UK. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys clean code, collaborative development, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. The Role As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the design, development, and ongoing improvement of a mature SaaS platform, working closely with product, QA, and other engineers. Key ResponsibilitiesWriting clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full SDLCDeveloping both backend and frontend features using C#/.NET technologiesWorking with modern frontend frameworks (Blazor or similar)Collaborating with Product and stakeholders to refine requirements, estimates, and delivery plansWriting unit and behaviour‑driven tests to ensure code quality and reliabilityParticipating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesContributing to technical discussions, design decisions, and documentationSupporting the development of APIs, inter‑service communication, and database integrationsContinuously improving development practices, coding standards, and team ways of workingAbout You This role would suit someone with solid full‑stack experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, Agile environment.
