Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with proven experience in the shipping / maritime industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web-based applications that support maritime and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Work on both front-end and back-end development
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party maritime/shipping systems
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Understand and implement maritime operational workflows into software solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Mandatory experience in the Shipping / Maritime industry
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue)
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies , Python, Java, or similar)
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-stack development experience
• Maritime or shipping domain experience is mandatory
Location & Availability
• Must be currently in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Able to join within one month
