• Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
• Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs

• We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Full Stack Developer to join our team in building and maintaining external-facing websites using Ruby on Rails and Vue.js. These platforms serve millions of users globally and are central to digital storytelling, content delivery, and fan engagement.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails for backend services and Vue.js for frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and content teams to deliver engaging and responsive user experiences.
• Build and integrate APIs for content delivery, user authentication, media streaming, and third-party services.
• Ensure SEO optimization, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing and deployment processes.
• Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and scalability.
• Maintain documentation for code, architecture, and deployment workflows.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and Disney’s digital standards.Support Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
