Full Stack Developer - Java, React, Springboot: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Full Stack Developer - Java, React, Springboot for an 8 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Full Stack Developer - Java, React, Springboot - Job Description: The project focuses on migrating PCF Azure applications to Atlas GCP using Springboot and integrating digital signature features into existing applications to support environmental goals. The Full Stack Developer will work on both front-end and back-end tasks, maintaining and enhancing existing applications. Full Stack Developer - Java, React, Springboot - Responsibilities: • Perform 50/50 back-end/front-end work using Java technologies and React • Migrate PCF Azure apps to Atlas GCP using Springboot • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement technical solutions • Engage with architecture groups on design proposals and application maintenance • Address technical issues and proactively engage project teams and clients • Quickly adapt to and apply new technologies and processes Full Stack Developer - Java, React, Springboot - Mandatory Skills: • 10+ years of relevant IT industry experience • 5-7 years as a Full Stack Developer • Experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, JSP • 3-5 years of back-end development using Node.js, Express.js, Java, J2EE, SpringBoot • Experience with database technologies • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Full Stack Developer - Java, React, Springboot – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience in banking, specifically Scotiabank development • Experience with Agile frameworks • JIRA / Confluence experience • Experience with Dynatrace • Cloud technologies experience (GCP, Azure) Full Stack Developer - Java, React, Springboot – Assignment Length: The contract duration is ASAP to October 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
