About This Role
We're looking for a passionate Frontend React Developer to join our team and help create world-class user interfaces for our payment orchestration platform.
You'll be working on both our merchant dashboard and customer-facing checkout experiences that process millions of dollars in transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Build responsive, high-performance React applications with TypeScript
Create pixel-perfect UIs from Figma designs using Tailwind CSS and component libraries
Optimize checkout flows for mobile and desktop to maximize conversion rates
Develop complex dashboard interfaces with charts, tables, and real-time data
Implement state management solutions and API integrations
Write comprehensive tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences
Performance optimization and accessibility implementation
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technologies (Required)
3+ years of professional React development experience
Strong TypeScript skills with advanced type usage
Modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and CSS-in-JS or Tailwind CSS
State management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or similar)
RESTful API integration and async JavaScript
Git version control and modern development workflows
Frontend Ecosystem
or similar React framework experience
Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
Build tools (Vite, Webpack, or similar)
Package managers (npm, yarn, pnpm)
Component libraries (Radix UI, Headless UI, etc.)
Form libraries (React Hook Form, Formik)
Design & UX Skills
Figma to code conversion experience
Responsive design and mobile-first development
Understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization
Cross-browser compatibility and progressive enhancement
Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
Basic accessibility (WCAG) knowledge

Day-to-Day Work
Morning:
Standup with the team, review PRs, and plan your day. Check analytics for any conversion rate changes from recent deployments.
Core Hours:
Deep focus time on feature development - maybe building a new payment method selector, optimizing the dashboard loading speed, or implementing a complex data visualization component.
Collaboration:
Regular sync with designers to review mockups, pair programming sessions with backend engineers, and participating in design reviews.
Quality:
Writing tests, reviewing code, and ensuring accessibility standards. Testing your changes across different devices and browsers.
