Role and Responsibilities:
As a Front End Service Team Associate, you will ensure smooth and efficient checkout operations while providing outstanding service to every member. You will handle transactions, assist members with questions, and maintain a clean, organized front-end environment. Your contributions help enhance the overall shopping experience and support team productivity.
• Process member purchases accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer member questions and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe front-end areas
• Operate registers, scanners, and other front-end equipment
• Support team members by coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with member returns and exchanges according to company standards
Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering preferred
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Experience in a warehouse club or retail environment
• Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions
