HIRING: Front-End Engineer (React / TypeScript)

🎯 Experience: 4+ years in AdTech required
You will be building a high-scale AdTech platform from scratch for one of our sister brands.
This is not a not a place to learn AdTech basics. You need to bring experience to the table.
This role is for engineers who’ve already built production-grade UIs for DSPs, Ad Networks, or Programmatic platforms and understand how performance teams operate under real revenue pressure.
What You’ll Do
Own the front-end architecture end-to-end (React + TypeScript)
Build data-dense dashboards (reporting, pacing, attribution, performance)
Create complex campaign & targeting workflows
Optimize UI performance for large datasets & near real-time updates
Design UX for power users (media buyers, campaign managers)
Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Hands-on experience with Ad Networks, DSPs, SSPs, or Programmatic systems
Expert-level React + TypeScript
Strong grasp of state management, performance optimization, and component architecture
• Comfortable working with complex APIs
• Proven ability to ship stable, production-grade UIs
• Fully autonomous in a remote, high-ownership environment

Real-time / near real-time data visualization
High-traffic or high-volume systems
Strong UX intuition for complex internal tools
Ability to challenge requirements with operational logic
