This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service at the store's primary point of contact. The individual will be responsible for accurate transaction processing, maintaining a tidy service area, and assisting customers with a positive and helpful demeanor. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front End Associate:
• Accurately process various payment methods, including cash, credit, and gift cards.

• Ensure the checkout area is always clean, stocked with supplies, and well-organized.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Support promotional activities by accurately scanning products and applying discounts.
Qualifications and Experience of Front End Associate:
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals.
• Capable of performing tasks requiring repetitive motion and standing for shifts.
• A strong commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mid-day and closing operations.

Salary:
• Hourly compensation ranging from $15 to $28.
• Potential for additional compensation through performance-based incentives.
