Founding Technical Product Leader

Fluence Pay is a Dubai-based MarTech–FinTech platform redefining how brands connect with consumers through authentic social advocacy and rewards. Our platform enables people to shop, post, and earn, turning real customer voices into measurable value for merchants while rewarding everyday consumers for genuine influence. As we approach product launch, we are hiring a Founding Technical Product Leader (Future CTO track) to help build and scale our platform.
