About the Role:
• You'll own the front end of our AI-powered concussion recovery platform, from design to deployment.
• Deploy next-gen AI Agents—voice, vision, and beyond—to rethink how humans recover with technology.
• Move fast—we ship, learn, and improve in days, not months.
• Craft accessible and beautiful interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind, etc.
Requirements:
• You've shipped real products used by thousands of users and know how to move fast while maintaining reliability.
• You have 3+ years of experience with React or Next.js (and enjoy it).
• You're curious and constantly exploring new frameworks, best practices, and AI tools.
• You thrive in early-stage chaos-taking ownership, making decisions, and building from scratch.
• You're comfortable with AWS or another one of the big cloud providers.
Bonus Qualifications:
• You have a background in a semi-pro sport or an extreme sport, such as snowboarding, skydiving, football, skateboarding, skiing, motocross or bull-riding.
• You've built products in a regulated space like healthcare, finance, or defense, and understand the balance between speed and compliance.
