The Role
This is atrue founding engineer seat.
You’ll help shape:
Execution pace You’ll build end-to-end acrossweb, mobile, backend, and AI workflows , while leading a team of engineers to deliver consistently.
You’ll also spend real time in venues - learning from operators and managers, and turning field reality into product advantage.
What You’ll Do
Own product execution with founders: scope, prioritize, and drive roadmap outcomes Work directly with customers: observe venue operations, test flows live, and ship improvements fast Lead engineering delivery: manage and mentor10+ developers , set standards, unblock teams Build quality into everything: automated testing, CI/CD, end-to-end coverage, production reliability Design high-velocity user flows with strong UX instincts and ruthless clarity Use AI to move faster: development, debugging, test generation, and automation Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS

What We’re Looking For Must-haves
7+ years building production software (full-stack preferred) Experience leading and managing10+ developers Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, databases, scalability, clean architecture Proven track record with testing (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD Comfortable running delivery with JIRA: sprints, grooming, releases, stakeholder alignment Fast learner with high ownership Genuinely excited about nightlife / entertainment tech Built workflow-heavy products (POS, payments, ticketing, ops tools, logistics, marketplaces) Startup experience (0→1 or early scale) Strong product instincts - you turn messy input into clean execution How You Work
