Forward Deployed Engineer
Location: San Francisco, US. Hybrid.

We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with technical customers to embed product into their SaaS and AI platforms. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on implementation, testing, and ensuring successful outcomes.
You’ll partner with founders, product, engineering, and GTM teams to design and ship billing, subscription, and usage-based workflows using our APIs and webhooks, while feeding customer learnings back into the product.
What You’ll Do
-Implement billing, subscription, and usage-based pricing with customer engineering teams
-Build and debug integrations using REST APIs and webhooks
-Model complex billing logic (usage events, entitlements, invoicing)
-Troubleshoot production issues across apps, CRMs, and accounting systems
-Create reference implementations and technical documentation
-Support data migrations and customer documentation
What We’re Looking For
-Strong experience with APIs and webhooks in production
-Proficiency with Python and TypeScript
-Experience integrating third-party platforms into SaaS or AI products
-Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Attio
-Comfortable in high-stakes, customer-facing technical work
-Strong understanding of data models and distributed systems
