The role will be Solution Analyst role which requires both business acumen and technical knowledge skills in equal measure.
- Provide technical/functional knowledge to identify, evaluating systems and highlight changes to any procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Participate in solution discussion. Evaluate and propose solution approaches keeping in mind the Solution architectural design that is to meet the business need, ensuring that the Enterprise Architectural framework is aligned
- Support the developers to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the Technical design to meet the business requirements
- Design new solution extensions based on business requirements
- Work closely with solution architects to ensure decisions align with the overall enterprise architecture
- Ensure that the end to end mapping of data flow is capture as part of the design. e.g. Data exchange between middleware components and target systems.
- Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain
- Demonstrate capability in technical design translation of the defined solution
- Provide architecture and design guidance to the squad
- Change accordingly with Agile methodology
• *Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Information Technology field
- 5+ years previous experience across the full System Development Lifecycle
- Experience in Agile Project Methodology and framework
- Experience developing cloud native solutions
- Experience and expertise in delivering solutions that involves Camunda Workflow, Azure Cloud, and Mobile App.
- Experience in software engineering and design architecture
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
- Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems
• *Preferred Skills **_(Good to have)_**
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Information Technology field
- Advanced expertise in SDLC - Agile and DevOps is beneficial
- Project management and leadership skills
- Financial industry knowledge (Highly desirable)
