Job Description
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IER module and lead efforts to build customized integrations based on business requirements.
• Lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of functionalities related to legal holds and data purge.
• Provide QA support, including triage and issue resolution, to ensure timely, high-quality fixes for any defects raised.
• Cross-skill the team on IER capabilities and foster knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, procedures, infrastructure details, and implementation guidelines.
