Role Description
This is a full-time position located in a major market in NY, Virginia, or Philadelphia, for a Field System Engineer specializing in Document Imaging Systems. The Field System Engineer will be responsible for on-site installing, configuring, and maintaining document imaging systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with existing networks. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving system errors, conducting software installations and updates, and collaborating with the engineering team to sustain optimal system performance.
Qualifications
Experience in archival imaging systems, a PLUS Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues effectively Experience with Software Installation and Systems Engineering to integrate, maintain, and optimize systems Strong understanding of Networking concepts to ensure seamless connectivity and integration between systems Excellent problem-solving skills and confidence working under pressure Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities with minimal supervision Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
