Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday

What’s a typical day as Field Project Manager? You’ll be:
Leading multiple construction projects from initiation through successful completion.Facilitating project planning sessions and establishing clear project scope, objectives, and goals.Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestones; tracking performance and progress.Identifying and managing project risks; resolving issues proactively with quality tools.Communicating project status to team members, sponsors, and stakeholders.Planning and monitoring project budgets; conducting research and analysis related to project activities.Documenting project details, maintaining databases, and sharing learnings across teams.Assigning and guiding project resources; supporting, coaching, and providing feedback to the construction team.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have 3-5 years of construction project management experience.Possess a proven track record managing field construction projects.Demonstrate excellent communication skills, confidently keeping stakeholders informed at all levels.Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.Are proficient with project management tools and software.
