This role involves:
• Understand and translating technical requirements into user stories for development and QA team
• Process documentation create workflow meeting with stakeholders
• Able to flag items which are not inline with the requirement
• Support some tooling/automation work in JIRA / Confluence
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with cloud
BSA Skills:-
• Basic understanding of Azure concepts
• Prior experience as Business System Analyst in Banking and Financial Services
• Strong communication Critical Thinking Stakeholder Management and problem solving
• Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery
