This is an opportunity to join one of our government sector client. The UIUX Designer designs and develops engaging user experiences (UX) for a variety of applications.
The potential candidate will be part of the software development team and expected to translate user needs and business requirements into features that enhance application experiences, making thoughtful design decisions to inspire stakeholders in creating intuitive healthcare products. It includes developing process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design strategies clearly, working independently to address unfamiliar challenges, and analytically evaluating user feedback to propose innovative improvements. The individual is also expected to confidently contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to collaboratively shape an ideal user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct design thinking workshop from ideation to final hand-off
• Champion the practice of design thinking and user centric experience into Synapxe way of working
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex problem statement
• Plan and execute UIUX activities from concept to final hand-off to development
• Collaborate and communicate ideas with other team members and stakeholders
• Create, improve and maintain UIUX design guidelines, and conduct roadshow of the UIUX design guidelines
• Keep abreast of competitor and industry trends, and incorporate into Synapxe UIUX design guidelines
REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of experience and proven track record designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Minimum 3 years of UX design experience
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
• Hands-on experience in UIUX
• Expertise in standard UIUX design tools specially FIGMA
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great UX design
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesising abstract ideas into visuals
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver designs for approval
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
