Compensation
$69.39 – $87.91 per hour
$144,331 – $182,852 annually (full-time equivalent)

Position Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical exams
Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Provide preventive care, screenings, and health education
Initiate emergency care when needed
Collaborate with physicians and care teams on complex cases
Support mentoring or oversight of trainees and new providers as assigned
Maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation, coding, and chart completion
Participate in quality improvement and internal audits
Assist in patient and community health education initiatives
Attend meetings, trainings, and committees as needed
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Active California NP license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in community health or underserved settings preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish highly valued)
Strong cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations
Ability to work independently and in team-based models
Comfortable with technology and modern EHR systems
Willingness to travel between nearby clinic sites if needed
Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekend coverage
