AI Product Designer (UX)
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Designer (UX) with a passion for designing user experiences that are both intuitive and intelligent. While direct AI experience is a nice to have, a solid grasp of AI concepts and how they impact UX is important. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, experienced facilitator, and skilled storyteller who can bring clarity and inspiration to complex product ideas.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end UX design process across AI-enhanced and digital products
• Conduct and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights and align vision
• Collaborate closely with product, data science, and engineering team
• Develop visual storytelling materials to communicate design strategies, journeys, and solutions
• Advocate for human-centered design principles in AI-driven environments
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence
• Stay updated on UX trends and AI advancements to apply best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of proven experience in UX design with a track record of managing or leading design projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, stakeholder engagement, and impactful UX work
• Experience in running workshops, co-creation sessions, or design sprints
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (visual and verbal)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their implications for design
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, Miro, etc.)
• Nice to Have - experience designing AI-powered features or interfaces
