Role: Lead - Fullstack (React/Springboot/SQL)

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React, Springboot, and SQL.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience with React, Springboot, and SQL.
• Experience with other front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for building high-quality software solutions.
