Position: Guidewire technical team leader (Tech Lead)

Description:
CGI is looking for a Technical Lead with Guidewire experience to join a project team at one of our clients in the insurance sector.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the delivery of Guidewire software solutions, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of applications to ensure their alignment with IT strategies and compliance with company standards;
• Define and apply best practices in development and architecture;
• Mentor team members on technical and methodological aspects;
• Collaborate with product, business, and infrastructure teams to successfully complete the project;
• Optimize the performance and reliability of systems through continuous improvement of processes and applications;
• Play a strategic role by ensuring that the solution is aligned with business needs and technological standards.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including 6 years in a similar role;
• Solid experience with Guidewire Cloud products, particularly Policy Center, Claims Center, and/or Billing Center;
•
• Skilled in programming languages Gosu, Java, and AWS languages;
• Important asset:
Possess the GW ACE (Mammoth) certification;
• Excellent understanding of software architectures and API integrations.
